We currently have two positions available for immediate start. The successful applicant will have a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
Parts Interpreter
The position will involve the following:
- Liaise with customers to assist with spare parts and accessories enquiries
- Use of Manufacturer Electronic Parts Catalogue to determine required parts.
- Use of online manufacturer’s portal to locate and source parts.
- Processing of customer orders and/or quotes through the DMS system
- Assist with stock checking and order processing
- Working as part of a team to provide & maintain a high level standard of customer service
The successful candidate will need the following:
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Parts interpreting skills preferred
- Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Current drivers license
Automotive Technician
The position will involve the following:
- Responsible for the service, repair and maintenance of a variety of vehicles
- Focus on manufacturer, customer service and internal standards
- Provide the highest level of workmanship
- Participate in Toyota Training to continue to develop your skills and knowledge
The successful candidate will need the following:
- Current manual drivers’ licence
- Knowledge of and experience in the automotive industry
- High attention to detail
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Toyota experience will be highly regarded, but is not essential
- Experience in providing guidance and training to apprentice technicians.
