Service Advisor
We currently have an opportunity available in our Service Department for a Service Advisor. This role is suited to applicants with a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, strong administrative skills with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy. A positive energy and willingness to learn is essential.
As a Service Advisor, you are the key liaison between the customer and our Service Technicians for repair and maintenance of vehicles.
Having customers vehicles repaired, serviced and maintained on time is of the upmost importance - so you'll need to be someone who is prepared to communicate regularly with our Service Manager to achieve the best outcome for our customers.
Our Toyota Service Advisors are skilled in:
- Estimating the cost and time needed to complete a job
- Greeting customers and processing customer information
- Taking enquires and service bookings
- Preparing repair orders
- Communicating with customers regarding vehicle progress
You may be someone with experience in a Service Advisor role, or someone with a keen interest in the automotive industry ready to take the next step in your career.
Automotive Technician
We currently have an opportunity available for a qualified Automotive Technician with an immediate start.This position will see you performing a range of engine and mechanical tests to diagnose, repair and service vehicles. Your day will consist of, but is not limited to:
- Providing expert advice in relation to the mechanical condition of vehicles
- Repairing mechanical parts of vehicles such as engine, transmission and suspension systems
- Complete all aspects of mechanical repairs including clutches, gearbox repairs, brakes and especially diagnostic repairs
- Providing guidance to apprentice technicians
- Be a part of our NRMA roadside assistance team.
