Full time Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our Service Department and deliver exceptional customer and operational outcomes. This is a key leadership role within our business, ideal for someone who enjoys managing people, processes and customer relationships in a fast-paced automotive environment.

About the Role:

As Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing daily operations of the Service Department
• Leading, mentoring and supporting technicians, service advisors and apprentices
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Managing workflow, job scheduling and productivity
• Monitoring KPIs including efficiency, profitability and customer feedback
• Ensuring compliance with safety, warranty and manufacturer standards
• Handling customer concerns and resolving issues professionally
• Working closely with Parts, Sales and Management teams

About You:

• Proven experience in a Service Manager or senior service leadership role
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Sound understanding of automotive servicing, diagnostics and repair processes
• Ability to manage KPIs, budgets and operational performance
• Organised, proactive and solution-focused
• Current driver’s licence
